Email addresses and passwords are case sensitive. Use the exact spelling and capitalization from signup to avoid login errors and speed up verification.
Updating your password via the Audiomack App:
1. Tap on the settings gear at the top right of your screen
2. Select the "Change password" option
3. In the blank fields, you will need to type the following: 1 - Your current password 2 - The new password you want to use 3 - Your new password again to confirm
4. Tap the "Update password" button to save the changes
Updating your password via the Web:
1. From the Audiomack homepage, click on your profile picture/avatar at the top right corner of the screen
2. Select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu
3. Find the "Change Password" heading in the navigation bar
4. In the blank fields, you will need to type the following: 1 - Your current password 2 - The new password you want to use
5. Click on the "Change Password" button to save the changes
