1. Open the Audiomack app and log in to your account.
2. Go to your Library by tapping your Avatar at the bottom right.
3. Tap on Downloads
4. Tap on "Not on device", if a downloaded song/s is missing, ensure you have a stable internet connection, and redownload the songs individually.
- Phone Cleaner Apps: Apps that clean your phone, whether automatically or on a schedule, can sometimes remove downloaded songs during their cleanup process.
- Incomplete Downloads: If a song doesn’t finish downloading, it might not show up or play properly.
- App Deletion: Deleting the app can remove cached data and downloaded files, which might cause your downloads to disappear.
- Copyright Issues: Songs may be removed if there are changes in copyright or licensing.
- Account or Sync Issues: If you’re logged into a different account or if there are syncing problems, your downloads might not appear.
- Storage Space: If your device doesn’t have enough storage, downloads may not complete or save properly.
