We're sorry this is happening to you. Here are 2 possible solutions:
1. Update your Android Software. You can search your browser for helpful instructions "update android software on <your device model i.e. Samsung Galaxy A10>." Updating your device software will help all of your apps run more smoothly, not only Audiomack.
2. Delete the Audiomack app from your phone. Go to the App store and re-download it.
