Why aren't my songs downloading?

If you can't download a song:

1. Double check that you are connected to wifi first.

2. If you see a ⚠️ , tap on it. It will retry downloading the song.

 

If you're still unable to download songs, please answer the following:

3. How much space do you have on your phone?
     *Android: Settings > Device Maintenance/Care > Storage*
     *iPhone: Settings > General > [Device] Storage*

4. Is your app located on SD storage (Android users only)?

5. What are you trying to download? specific songs or every song? if so, what are the titles?
