Can't Login With Email & Password
If you're unable to log into your account, and you setup your account using your email address (ie. you didn't utilize the option to create an account through Google, Twitter, Facebook, or Apple), the first thing you should do is reset your password using the following steps:
- On the Audiomack homepage, click "Sign in" at the top right corner of the screen
- When the login modal appears, click the orange "Having trouble signing in?" link at the bottom
- Then enter your account email and click "Send reset instructions"
We'll send an email to the address associated with your account with additional steps to finish resetting your password. If you can't remember what email address you signed up with, contact us so we can further assist.
Can't Login With Google, Facebook, Twitter, or Apple
You have two options for regaining access to your account if you normally use Google, Facebook, Twitter, or Apple to login. The first is to create a password and utilize your email and password to login going forward. To do this:
- On the Audiomack homepage, click "Sign in" at the top right corner of the screen
- When the login modal appears, click the orange "Having trouble signing in?" link at the bottom
- Then enter the email associated with the account to normally use to login to your preferred app (ie. the email associated with your Google/Facebook/Twitter/Apple account)
- Click "Send reset instructions"
We'll send an email to that address with additional steps to finish setting up your password.
Your second option is to troubleshoot the login modal:
- On the Audiomack homepage, click "Sign in" at the top right corner of the screen
- When the login modal appears, choose the app you normally login with
- Take screenshots or a screen recording of what happens when you attempt to login
- Contact us with the screenshots or screen recording, as well as the email address associated with your account and any additional details you can provide.
