“I can’t log in using my email address and password.”
If you can’t log in to your Audiomack account and set up your account using your email address and password, try resetting your password using the following steps:
- On the Audiomack homepage, click "sign in" at the top right corner of the screen
- Next, click on the orange "Having trouble signing in?" link at the bottom of the login modal
- Enter your Audiomack account email address and click "Send reset instructions"
We'll email the address associated with your account with additional steps to finish resetting your password. If you can't remember what email address you signed up with, please email support@audiomack.com with the link (URL) to your Audiomack profile so we can further assist.
“I can’t log in using a third-party account like Google, Facebook, or Apple.”
You have two options for regaining access to your account if you use Google, Facebook, Twitter, or Apple to log in to your Audiomack account.
1. Your first option is to create a password and use your email and password to log in from now on. To do this:
- On the Audiomack homepage, click "sign in" at the top right corner of the screen
- Next, click on the orange "Having trouble signing in?" link at the bottom of the login modal
- Enter the email address associated with the third-party account (Google, Facebook, Twitter, or Apple) you used to create your Audiomack account
- Click "Send reset instructions"
We'll email the address associated with your account with additional steps to finish resetting your password. If you can't remember what third-party service you used to create your Audiomack account, please email support@audiomack.com with the link (URL) to your Audiomack profile so we can further assist.
2. Your second option is to troubleshoot:
- On the Audiomack homepage, click "sign in" at the top right corner of the screen
- When the login modal appears, select the third-party account you used to create your Audiomack account
- Take a screenshot(s) or a screen recording of your login attempt
- Contact Audiomack Support with the screenshot(s) or screen recording, the email address associated with your Audiomack account, and any additional details you can provide, such as the link (URL) to your profile.
